The Framework

    What is
    an FKV?

FKV is a three-step decision-making method: Feel, Know, Vision. It takes the noise in your head and turns it into a clear direction, without needing to be a therapist, a life coach, or someone who has it all figured out.

    Step 01

    Feel.

Releasing emotions gives us a blank slate to work from. It reminds us that emotions are essential, not problems.

Scribbling allows your emotions to flow onto the page instead of swirling around in your head. When you return days, weeks, or months later, you won't be focused on who said what or pulled back into those emotions. Instead, you may simply recognize that it was an intense, chaotic, frustrated, or angry moment, and realize how far you've come since then.

Feel step: scribbling emotions onto the page
Know step: writing personal and objective truths
    Step 02

    Know.

Personal truths are affirmations; objective truths are reality checks.

    Step 03

    Vision.

Vision connects your current reality with your future goals.

Reflect on where you are today so you can take a more strategic approach to creating the future you want to see.

Strong vision encourages creativity and challenges existing beliefs.

    stick figures encouraged.

Vision step: drawing your future goals

    The Outcome

    Making
    The Decision.

Whether you're deciding what school to attend, what life path to follow, or what to wear tonight; once you've done the method, the decision becomes clear.

    1.

Ask yourself: what do I actually want?

    2.

Stop wanting it and decide to have it, do it, be it.

Everything you want is on the other side of that fear of making the "right decision." Do your due diligence, then decide and don't look back.
